Torbay Business Forum July Breakfast: Paignton Zoo
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Paignton Zoo this morning for our latest Torbay Business Forum breakfast meeting.
It was a fantastic opportunity to bring businesses from across the Bay together in one of the region’s most iconic settings, enjoy breakfast and hear directly from the team helping to shape an exciting new chapter for Paignton Zoo and Newquay Zoo.
A huge thank you to our guest speakers, Steven van den Heuvel, Transition Manager, and Ashley Gillam, General Manager, for sharing their insight into the developments taking place across the zoo, including visitor experience improvements, new animal arrivals, investment plans and the vision under its new ownership and leadership.
It was also great to see so many attendees staying on for the Wollens Net-Walking session, continuing conversations and making new connections while exploring the zoo.
